Finger Strength Exercise

This exercise has three steps and can be done on any string and in all fretboard positions

Step 1 - Place all four fingers on adjacent frets of a string.
Step 1 - Fingers on adjacent frets
Step 2 - Lift two non-adjacent string off the fretboard while leaving the other two touching the fretboard.
Step 2 - Lift two non-adjacent fingers
Step 3 - Lift the other two fingers off the fretboard Step 3 - Lift the other set of non-adjacent fingers
